TNP are recruiting!

Join our wonderful team and progress your Dynamics NAV and Business Central career alongside our experts

Our customers often remark upon how obvious it is that our staff enjoy working at TNP. We have a passion that is evident through our energy, sense of community and willingness to give more each day.

Our team is diverse, with over 21 nationalities represented, but you would only need to take one step into the office (or one click into a Teams call at the moment!) to feel the warm family spirit that we have had since the beginning. We’ve been recognised as a Sunday Times top 100 Small Companies to work for - TNP’s priority is to look after its staff, with training and progression opportunities readily available.

"We might not be in the office, but TNP’s culture enables us to adapt and we certainly haven’t lost our sense of belonging"

    Our company

At TNP, we are entirely focused on Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central. It’s all we’ve done for over twenty years and our aim is to serve our users better than any other Partner out there. We’re striving to achieve this in a number of ways:

Through our hugely passionate family of staff

With over 200 people in the family, as we like to think of ourselves, there is no end of enthusiasm for NAV! You’d be surrounded by likeminded people who all love what they do. Even though we are currently remote working, the company culture is still alive.

Through our many combined years of experience

We have over 2,000 years of experience with Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central. Our staff never have to face an issue alone, they readily ask for advice between themselves and are constantly learning as part of their work at TNP. This sense of collaboration is one reason why people love working for us. Our customers love how we use our network of experts to get their jobs done.

    Where do you fit in?

We are no way complacent – we know that we can always do better and there are many more customers that we have yet to serve. We are thankful to be in a position where we are actively recruiting for roles at TNP. We want to continue bringing excellent people onboard to join the best Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central team in the country. We know that there is some great talent out there - whatever your situation, we could have a role for you.

    What's in it for you?

We are focused on giving our staff the best possible employment by providing them with the opportunities they need to advance their careers. We believe in the benefits of nurturing our staff, helping them to develop in their roles.

Elizabeth Chand, our HR Assistant, says, “the company has trained Mental Health First Aiders, as well as perks after a successful probationary period including health benefit and pension benefit. All new starters receive a contribution towards working from home equipment, so you’ll be ready to go from the offset! We might not be in the office, but TNP’s culture enables us to adapt and we certainly haven’t lost our sense of belonging.”

Most of all, it's our belief that our employees should feel happy and proud to work for TNP. Many members of staff have been with TNP for years – our staff turnover is very low due to the fact that we are accommodating and willing to adapt to personal situations. We are a flexible employer, offering support and training for our employees as well as competitive salaries and benefits. What’s not to like?!
